Slobway




  • Dear RHU:
    Help needed! Stargazer just went out to fetch some sub sammidges at Slobway. He looked up the time they would close and had himself a nap first. He was all tuckered out after a strenuous day of not having sex. {Don't ask, please.} Oh, and I did I mention that during the long day of no sex, I wanted sammidges from the awesome independent instead, but the periscope place won out because they're running a pre-holiday special, so all four of us could eat for ~$20?
    So he got there, and they were closed! Not just this second closed but everything's put away, tidied up and scrubbed down clean closed!
    What should he do? Stargazer is an Aspie, so he doesn't always know right off the most effective course of action. {Ok, he usually gets stuck thinking up all the possible courses of action and doesn't get around to doing just one of them!} But I need some noms before too long!
    Oh my! Look at who is having Customer Appreciation Month!
    Well, that's it. Still waiting for my noms. I've got an orange, but it hurts too much. Maybe it's PBJ time?
    Nah, he's off to another Slobway Store!  But look at what I found! You can't even complain to the Slobs
    unless you have a receipt number!

     
    1. Why won’t the survey accept the HOST ID I’m entering?
    a. HOST ID is case sensitive (your HOST ID may be numbers or numbers/letters), so make sure to use lower and upper case letters as shown on the receipt, if applicable.
    2. I didn’t get the email containing my “Thank You” reward code – where is it?
    a. Please check your inbox and junk box, and make sure to tell your email program to “allow emails from tellsubway.com”. If the email is not in your inbox or junk box, click here to send an email to customer support and request a copy of your “Thank You” email.
    3. What do I need to do to take a survey?
    a. You’ll need a valid, legible purchase receipt from a SUBWAY® Restaurant, and a valid email address.
    4. How often can I take a survey?
    a. Surveys are currently limited to one per 24 hour period per customer.
    5. Can I just print out the coupon and bring it to the store to get my “Thank You” reward?
    a. No, sorry – please write the unique coupon code found in the email in the space provided on your receipt.
