@Joe -- Too damn many. Just like the number of other serious (and even fatal!) injuries.

No, really, "Hey, guys, WATCH THIS!" is one of those words and phrases to run away from REALLY fast. Right up there with, "What happens if I push the Big Red Button?" "What does THIS lever do?" And, of course, "Uh-oh."
